Celebrating the harvest festival with an extravagant vegetable feast called Onasadhya is a tradition in my home state Kerala. In 2004, we started the practice of serving Onasadhya on a banana leaf at Coconut Lagoon. This year, we celebrated Onasadhya in a unique location – a local vineyard Domaine Perrault – to give thanks for the harvest in a naturally beautiful and earthy setting. We always strive to innovate without reinventing. Thank you to all the guests who participated and to my beloved staff!
