WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THALI
HYGIENE
- We did a deep clean of our entire space – this includes the main restaurant, surfaces, and every piece of furniture.
- Before every service, we disinfect all of our surfaces and seating, plus in between each guest seating so you can feel safe before even sitting down.
- We are using printed menus on the glass which can be easily accessed via the patio from your table. Single use laminated menus are also available upon request. Which are sanitized after every use.
TEAM
- All of our team members are required to wear masks or protective shields in our space.
- Our team members are asked to stay home if they are feeling ill or do not feel well enough to come into our space.
- All team members who come back to work are required to report known contact to COVID-19 cases.
- Each person who comes back to work has a clean bill of health and is required to complete additional training on maintaining a safe workplace.
THALI
- We will be open for restaurant dining starting Friday, July 17th, 2020.
- To maintain social distancing, We’ll be removing the communal table setup.
- We are limiting our guest capacity to support physical distancing – you may notice that our tables are spaced out.
- Prioritizing seating on our patios/outdoor spaces.
- There are sanitizing stations at the entrance for guest and team members to use.

WE ARE PRIORITIZING RESERVATIONS IN ORDER TO BEST MAINTAIN SAFE GUEST NUMBERS WITHIN OUR RESTAURANT. KINDLY MAKE A RESERVATION ONLY BY CALLING THE RESTAURANT @ 613-594-4545 / 613-742-4444. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS ON FACEBOOK/GOOGLE MESSENGERS. WALK-INS ARE WELCOME PENDING AVAILABILITY.
