What an amazing honour for Chef Joe! I’ve been reading your book and enjoying learning about Kerala and the origins of the wonderful food that you serve at Thali. You write beautifully and lovingly about your home. I want to visit there when all this is over. You represent all of us as immigrants who love their home countries and now this new home of Canada. Thank you for representing us in such a humble and respectful manner.
