2020 Taste Canada Awards Shortlist

The award is given to the best food- or beverage-related narrative written by a Canadian author (or authors) that is not primarily a recipe book. This category may include books exploring culinary history, politics, social awareness, memoir or biography, all relating to food, and may include some representative recipes.

In its 23nd year, Taste Canada Awards/ Les Lauréats des Saveurs du Canada annually honours superior writing and publishing throughout Canada’s culinary community, in English and French. We received 86 submissions and the quality of books truly impressed our judges so kudos to you for this tremendous achievement!
